Join us for a community gathering to honor the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, & celebrate 3 years of Nalu Healing Arts inside our wellness center.

The Winter Solstice marks a turning point: a pause between cycles, a time to reflect, release, and gather warmth as the light slowly returns.

For many Native American traditions, this time has long been honored through fire, storytelling, and community, a moment to give thanks, honor ancestors, and prepare for renewal.

In East Asian Medicine, Winter is the season of the Water Element, inviting rest, stillness, and conservation of energy.

At Nalu Healing Arts, we believe healing happens best in community. This gathering is a chance to slow down, connect, and close the year gently, together.
