As we approach the longest night of the year, the Winter Solstice invites us to honor the natural cycle of descent and rebirth, of letting go and welcoming in. Join us for an evening of deep reflection and spiritual alignment, where we will embrace the quiet power of the dark and nurture the light within ourselves for the year ahead. This immersive event features a guided meditation and sound healing journey, crafted to realign, restore, and rekindle the inner light during this mystical turning point.

✨ Preparation and What to Bring:
Please come dressed comfortably. You can bring a small journal if you’d like to write down your reflections, and any crystals, personal items, or offerings that resonate with this time of renewal. Our center has thick padded mats for your comfort, pillows and blankets. We have a limited amount of bolsters. If you think you may want one please feel free to bring your own. A bottle of water.
