Come and join me for this special Winter Solstice Forest Bathing Experience at the full moon!Forest Bathing is a deep dive to awaken your senses to the world around you.
It is a vital step to allow you to connect and commune, to listen to the voice of nature in a clarified way. It is the foundation of connecting with nature and you will gain depth even if you already spend a lot of time in nature.
We will move slowly, smell, touch, taste and feel the sensual world around us. We will sink into this time of year and discover perhaps more about ourselves and the forest as we walk into winter.
We will end with a warming tea ceremony of edible plants gathered on our journey.
Led by Hannah McQuilkan qualified Medical Herbalist, certified Forest Therapy Guide and Celtic Shamanic Practitioner.
Bring warm clothes, a rain jacket, something to sit on like a small towel or blanket.
