WHAT TO BRING:

The Styles Shop does NOT provide props, please bring the following with you to ensure you get the best possible experience:

• A Yoga Mat/Blocks/Straps
• Blanket/Pillow/Bolster (very helpful if you have back or knee pain)
• Anything you need to be comfortable to lay down outside
• Dress warm in clothes that you are comfortable stretching in (think hoodies, joggers, warm socks) It's better to be overprepared than underprepared!
