The winter solstice marks the shortest darkest day of the year- it is a time to draw inward and nurture ourselves. Join us for a special night of inner exploration. Bonnie will lead a soulful asana flow, intention setting, meditation and deep relaxation. Denise Evarts will accompany the class on piano. This class is appropriate for all levels. Previous yoga experience suggested.
