An afternoon of yoga and movement, dancing and breath, rest and connection, to celebrate the winter solstice. With a live dj set, Paul will be guided you through a musical journey of the grooviest kind. We'll begin our movements together, with a guided practice to get us warmed up. We will then dance freely before joining back together for a conscious, meditative warm-down. No dancing skill required! This is a non-judgemental space that invites you to move in a way that feels good. Bring friends! Numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
This event is hosted by Satyam founders Paul and Chiraswa Darking.
Stay on for our extended 2 hour Sunday Stillness session at 6pm, with yin guided by Chiraswa and Paul continuing the live music.
