Winter Solstice Circle

An intimate gathering honoring the season of winter and the longest night of the year - a time to rest, hibernate and go within. Join Sacred Healing Art's Abigail Kochunas (Reiki II/Energy & Earth Healing) for this guided journey honoring the healing powers and magic that lie within the season of shorter days and longer nights. Humans are, like Mother Nature, cyclical beings...we have seasons. Embrace your own winter - slow down, breathe, introspect, release and rest.

Created from a foundation of Shamanistic and Pagan Earth-centric practices, this event is designed to give you time and space for healthy restoration, retreat, and deep communing with Mother Earth and your Higher Self.

This is a nondenominational event. All religious and spiritual backgrounds are welcome.

This workshop is an opportunity to:

Meet and connect with like-minded souls in a safe, respectful and welcoming space. Working with the energies of the Winter Solstice and forthcoming New Moon, you’ll have the opportunity to activate, open and enhance your psychic/intuitive abilities as well as alchemize and release any heavier energies (stress, pain, grief)you've been carrying while raising your overall frequency.

The evening includes:

- Opening Medicinal Tea Ritual

- Candle Ceremony+Sharing Circle of Solstice Readings

- Silent Reflection

- Drumming+Frequency Music

- Guided Meditation + Reiki

- Closing Grounding & Blessing Ritual

A selection of Solstice-themed passages and poems will be available. You are also welcome to bring your own 1-2 minute piece. This is not about performance, but sharing, connection and contemplation.

What to bring and wear:

- Altar Offering (stone, leaf, branch, feather, etc).

- If desired, a Solstice-themed 1-2 minute passage or poem.

- Crystals or any other sacred items with which you’d like to work.

Wear something you are comfortable in.

Abigail Kochunas of Sacred Healing Art

With a deep reverence for Mother Earth and growing up in Pagan, Buddhist and traditions, Abigail recognizes the harmony and oneness of all things. She uses her background to inspire and inform her work. She is trained and attuned in Usui Reiki I and II, energy medicine, core wound healing and has been working with crystal healing for over 20 years. She is an artist and intuitive channel with the Clairsentient, Claircognizant and Clairvoyant abilities that further enhance her reiki sessions, readings and artwork. Additionally, as a trauma survivor herself, Abigail is especially sensitive to the needs of clients with trauma history.

She is also the creator of Find Your Fire workshops for women and the essential Aura Clear spray - a Reiki-infused, crystal charged cleansing/protecting spray used for your auric field, home and work spaces.

As a woman who has lived many lives in many places, Abigail brings the wisdom and empathy of a diverse human experience into her work. An artist and healer have the responsibility to assist society in their awakening, to shine light into the darkness. As such, it is her purpose in this lifetime to awaken, heal, evolve and uplift humanity. She wishes you love, healing and an ever expanding consciousness.
