Escape from the hustle & bustle of the festive season....
lets celebrate the winter Solstice together, a time to let go of limiting beliefs & behaviours. ready for a fabulous 2026!
The light of the Sun begins a new solar cycle at Winter Solstice. The rays shine into the dark, and nurture the newborn life there to be cultivated.The winter solstice is a time for us to manifest our desires and expand our horizons.
In this workshop you will have the time & space to deepen your connection to your body & breath, learning how to consciously relax & let go of stress.
The practise will begin with gentle yin yoga
a slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time. Aiming to stretch & lengthen muscles & open up tired joints, creating a feeling of space & openess within the body.
Moving from Yin to restorative aiming to calm the parasympathetic nervous system calming the mind & relaxing the body.
we will incorporate the 7 chakras bringing full balance within.
Taking a short break to enjoy herbal tea cake & mince pies.
The session will end with a Yoga Nidra Relaxation......helping you to restore a sense of balance & calm.
