The ‘Winter Solstice Breath and Dance Ceremony’ is an elemental somatic dance journey that guides you into a felt-experience of composting, nurturing, and gently planting new seeds in your body’s soil for the year ahead.
Guided by the elemental forces of Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and Light, this sacred evening combines powerful breathwork and intuitive dance with special DJ set, weaving a dynamic soundscape that supports your transformation.
Whether you’re looking to reset your inner compass, clear past emotional blockages, or simply honor the transition of the season, this ceremony offers a space for deep healing, self-expression, and connection.
Please bring: Comfortable clothing for movement, an optional altar item to represent your inner richness, and an open heart ready to plant a new seed.
