Join Holland, Jonathan & special guest, Eric Swartz of Memphis, for a Winter Solstice Celebration! Learn about the longest night of the year & celebrate the return of the sun 🎉 Eric will be leading a Kundalini Yoga practice, and there will be a singing bowl mediation and a yule log ceremony. Plus, a light meal, tea and edible yule log. We will meet indoors and then move outside to the bonfire 🔥🪵
