Winter Solstice Celebration Party Dec. 14, 6:30-9:30 PM at Anchor Rose Restaurant, in the Boat Harbor by the Maritime Museum. Celebrate the Winter Solstice! Support Summer Solstice Celebration, while enjoying delicious food, great vibe! This is a fundraiser to support Summer Solstice Celebration, our 2023 Parade and Festival. There will be a buffet style light dinner; guests will get one drink ticket for a glass of wine. After that, it’s a no host bar at happy hour prices.The party will take place in the lower outdoor patio with lots of heaters and the adjacent indoor dining room and bar.
Acoustic music by Love Lightning, Jim Grippo on Kanoon, and a special performance by Belladona! The Winter Solstice Celebration has always had fabulous silent auction items, perfect for holiday gifts, gift cards from local restaurants, wines, jewelry.
It's beautiful to see everyone wearing white, anything from floor length gowns, mini skirts, tails and tops, to fairies to the White Rabbit . your version of "winter white" in the spirit of Solstice. This gathering is another opportunity for our community to get together, meet our new Board of Directors Members, new Advisory Board members, staff, artists and friends! Tickets are $50 per person.
