Winter solstice is approaching. As the seasons change, so do we, and so we gather to reflect upon the transitions we find ourselves in, lovingly release that which is ready to fall away, and initiate a deep intention to prioritize rest.Finish off the year with a beautiful sacred pause, celebrating this unique moment in time... a chapter in your life that will never be quite like this one.
On this day, the day and night are at equal values. I invite you to welcome winter in, alongside brothers and sisters in our community. Join us to celebrate the light as it returns to our eyes, hearts and spirits!
The altar will be set and ready to help us unite and stay grounded through the celebration. As we call in the 4 directions, the spirits and guides will be welcomed in to illuminate our path. I will call in reiki energies and teach you to connect with your own reiki energy. Distant reiki healing will be surrounding you as you walk into the space.
Some gentle movement will follow through the form of ecstatic dance ? and some yoga flow ?♀️ - opening our physical bodies for the release of that which is ready to fall away.
Then, a short breathwork to help us connect with our unique gifts of creativity and open the heart. ♥️ The breath has the power to change ways of being, anxiety, trauma and depression, while enhancing feelings of love and joy. ?
We will then lay in a state of bliss to be serenaded by the bowls, drums, gongs and chimes. I will sing you sweet nothings and help carry you into a land of bliss and magic ✨
