Winter Solstice Celebration

We will gather, under the Angel ceiling, for a morning of quiet reflection, ceremony, creativity, connection and soothing solstice sound Journey.

As winter in her quiet way points us inwards to reflect and find peace, embracing the darkness and forgiving, accepting what the year has been, as we prepare for the year’s end and to welcome the new.

Dress for comfort and ease
Water bottle

ALL Yoga mats, blankets and lavender eye pillows provided, but if you prefer to bring your own please do.

Tea & light refreshments plus time to reflect on the seasonal shift and the morning.
