Join us for an ecstatic conscious dance journey to celebrate the Winter Solstice - the turning point of the year. Through movement, we will explore the cycles of light and darkness, and the rhythms of the earth & sun. Together, we’ll honor this moment of stillness and reflection, embracing renewal and hope as we pass through the year’s darkest point and begin the gradual return to the light.
No dance experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to move. Let the music guide you as we connect with ourselves, each other, and the sacred cycle of life.
We will share the Yummy Medicinal Ceremonial Cacao to open our Dance (optional)
Herb tea will be provided for those not having Cacao
