Traditionally, the Winter Solstice has been recognized as a time of rebirth and a time to set intentions. Come mark the shortest day of the year and the return of the sun at Bluff Lake! We’ll hold a small celebration at the top of the Bluff and then proceed down to the walking path for a Solstice-themed Mindfulness Walk led by Joann Calabrese, author of Growing Mindful, Explorations in the Garden to Deepen Your Awareness. Enjoy a morning of mindfulness on the actual day of the Winter Solstice!
