Winter Solstice Celebration: A Vin/Yin Yoga Class

The winter solstice represents the shift from darkness into light. It is the perfect time to rest, rejuvenate, and harness the energy you want to carry with you into a new season. Lets reconnect with the quiet and the still. Together, we will move through a 75 minute practice to fully restore the mind and body ahead of the festive period. We begin with a light vinyasa-inspired flow and then slow down to end with some yin yoga and mindfulness meditation. Following the practice you will be invited to stay for some eggnog, kombucha or water and chat with other friendly yogis!
