About this Event

Save the date for the Make Music New York -- when we'll light it up on East 125th Street on the Winter Solstice, the longest, darkest night of the year.

We'll have marching bands Fogo Azul and the Marching Cobras, free hot cocoa, and a NightSeeing walk by artist Leni Schwendinger -- plus the grand flipping of the switch for Uptown Flash, the new light installation in our community plaza.

The Light Walk steps off at 6:30 p.m. from 125th Street & Park Avenue. Then meet us at 124th Street & Park Avenue at 7 p.m. to turn on the lights!
