Take a moment to pause during the busy holiday season at our Winter Solstice Candlelight Celebration. During this special holiday gathering, we will come together in community to honor the darkness of the season as well as celebrate the return of the light! We will center & focus our attention with mindful breath and meditation and move our bodies with gentle yoga. We will also spend time reflecting, practicing gratitude, and setting intentions for the coming year. No prior yoga experience necessary. All supplies provided.
