Celebrate this festive season and the Winter Solstice with a unique meditational journey between the spirit of cacao, movement and divine sound!Join Christina & Paul for a cacao ceremony filled with story, personal intentions, ceremonial drinking ritual, energetic movement and healing vibrations. We will gather in community to listen about the healing properties of cacao, the “Food of the Gods” and the energies of the Winter Solstice. We will then set intentions and use guided movement to activate our bodies with the heart opening medicine of cacao, before turning our gaze inwards for a short guided visualization. Guests are then cleared with shamanic drumming and rattles followed by Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and the healing sounds of a 36” Water Gong.
The Spirit of Cacao intensifies the sound journey with increased oxygen, awareness and the release of “bliss” chemicals within the body. Guests will be empowered to reach a highly relaxed state of consciousness from the transcendental sounds, as the cacao helps to allow the energetic process to unfold with connections to sensations, emotions and the feeling of expansion… This higher state is where you are able to access your own innate healing abilities and effectively bring yourself into optimal vibrational alignment!

Advanced registration is required to partake in high-grade ceremonial drinking cacao that is prepared before ceremony (approximately 3 oz. per person). Those that do not pre-register may be served a micro-dose of ceremonial cacao paste to eat.
Limited to 14 guests.
We recommend no alcohol or other substances the day of and a light meal 2-3 hours before (depending on sensitivity). Ages 16+.
For this Winter ceremony, we will prepare the cacao with macadamia nut milk, a small amount of maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg.
