Prepare for the darkest night of the year by igniting your inner fire. This special Buti Glow class combines yoga with tribal-inspired movement, deep core engagement, and soulful flow set to high-energy music under the glow of black lights. Wear white or neon to shine as we move together, sweating out stagnation and calling in fresh light for the season ahead.Through intention-setting, dynamic movement, and a collective release, we’ll honor the turning of the wheel—shedding what no longer serves and awakening the radiant energy within. The Winter Solstice reminds us that light always returns; this practice will help you connect to your body, spirit, and community as you glow in preparation of the longest night and welcome the rebirth of the sun.
