Winter Solstice Breathwork, Sound Healing & Sharing Circle

On December 3, 2025, the evening before the full moon, we’ll come together in sacred community for an immersive experience blending:

• Transformational breathwork
• Soothing, activating sound healing
• Intuitive group coaching & sharing circle

This gathering is designed to help you clear old energy, connect deeply with your body and heart, and align with the version of you that’s ready to emerge.

Full moons illuminate what’s been hidden and invite us to release, complete, and let go.
This one is a powerful moment to:

• Let go of old stories, patterns, and self-doubt
• Gain clarity on what you’re truly ready to step into
• Feel supported, seen, and held in safe community

We’ll work with this energy intentionally so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in yourself.

This experience is for you if you’re:

• Craving a reset or fresh start
• Feeling “in between chapters” and ready for clarity
• Wanting to release old patterns, fears, or self-sabotage
• Longing for safe, nourishing, spiritually grounded community
• Curious about breathwork or sound healing and ready to explore

No previous experience is needed. All levels are welcome.

• An eye mask
• Blanket and pillow for extra comfort
• A journal and pen
• Water bottle
• Optional: crystals, small altar items, or anything meaningful to you
• Wear comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in

(If online: invite them to set up a cozy space, light a candle, use headphones, etc.)

• Energy Exchange: $44

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in; we will begin promptly.
• Breathwork is a powerful practice. If you are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, or other significant medical/psychiatric conditions, please consult a medical professional first and let the facilitator know before we begin.
• This event is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

Kamesha is a Transformation Coach who guides heart-centered humans back home to themselves. Through a blend of nervous system work, somatic practices, spiritual guidance, and practical coaching, she creates safe spaces for healing, release, and aligned transformation.

Her work weaves together breath, sound, coaching, and community so that you don’t just understand your next level—you feel it in your body.
