The Sound Medicine Collective joins us at Detroit Yoga Lab for an evening of Breath, Movement, and Celebrating Winter with a Sacred Sound Journey down into the deep, dark stillness of the longest night of the year.
The meditation will begin with heart-warming cacao, opening up the breath and the body with heating practices and then a Gong Heavy signature Sound Medicine Journey, softened with the sweetness of crystal and Alchemy bowls, mantra, chimes, Tibetan bowls, hand pan, drums and more.
