Winter Solstice at The Standing Stones of Places In Time

The longest night of the year is an opportunity for a cleansing of the soul, a time of introspection, and a time to celebrate the return of light and life.

Experience the warmth of a bonfire amid friends and kindred spirits within the Standing Stone Circle at Places In Time in southern Medina County.

This Winter Solstice event includes a Cacao Ceremony.

Here's how your evening will look:

• We will begin indoors for a few minutes in the spacious gathering room of Places In Time.
• Then we'll walk through the woods and over the foot bridge to The Standing Stone Circle. (Dress accordingly and bring an old thick blanket to sit on. We will have outdoor chairs available, if needed.)
• As we gather around the bonfire, we'll honor the Winter Solstice with some traditional rituals.
• We'll complete our celebration with a Cacao Ceremony and then will hike our way back feeling light, alive, and at peace.
