Celebrate the Winter Solstice with YogaSix Lakewood Ranch! ☀️
Join us for one of our favorite traditions of the year as we head to Lido Key Beach for 108 Sun Salutations!
The Winter Solstice is a time to pause, reflect, and welcome a new season. Come together with our community for a beautiful morning of movement and setting intentions for what’s ahead.
You don't have to complete all 108 Sun Salutations. Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you need, and enjoy the experience.
