Ceremony is is an atmospheric exploration of heat, scent, sound, and stillness. Fragrant infusions meet carefully paced steam and intentional music, creating a ritual that invites you to be fully present.
This isn't your typical sauna visit.
Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment.
Expect a more sensory, contemplative experience, where every element has a purpose and each round unfolds with intention.
What to expect
- 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna.
- 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath.
- 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
No sauna experience required. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something different.
