Winter Reset - Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This 90-minute workshop is an invitation to slow down. Through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we’ll support nervous system nourishment, deep rest, and reconnection to the body and mind in the midst of winter.

No prior experience of yoga is needed. This session is suitable for anyone feeling tired, overstimulated, or in need of a gentle space to reset.

• A slow Yin Yoga practice focused on long, supported holds
• A guided Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation) to settle the nervous system, switch off the thinking mind and acess the subconscious
• A calm, warm space to rest and reset

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and pen.

This session is being offered at a discounted rate as photography will take place during the workshop. The images will be used to support an evolution in my teaching and communication.

I’m a yoga and meditation teacher with a particular interest in practices that support rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to the intelligence of the body. My teaching is shaped by both traditional yogic practices, philosophy and modern understandings of how the body responds to stress.

Alongside yoga, my work also spans climate and social justice, and I’m especially interested in how rested, regulated humans contribute to a more conscious and connected world.
