Winter Park Outlook is our annual regional-issues summit that explores issues that affect economic development.
Winter Park Outlook 2024 will offer an unparalleled opportunity to hear from London-based economist Sam Monger, head of Place-Based Impact Investing at The Good Economy. Monger led the creation of new impact-led affordable housing for the Duke of Westminster in Mayfair and Belgravia, two of the most desirable neighborhoods in London. He will offer insights into how Winter Park's public and private sectors can partner to solve for our community's shortage of attainable housing while delivering high-impact quality returns across stakeholders in our community.
