Navatman brings you an immersive Kathak-filled week where you can:
Learn: Warm ups and body conditioning for strength and flexibility
Hone: Practice tukdas and technique for stamina, grace, and precision
Dig in: Explore choreography and performance in an ensemble and solo setting

Intended for intermediate/advanced to level Kathak dancers

Kathak dancers looking to challenge themselves, push to the next level, and deepen their understanding of dance through a week of rigorous but fun training.
