Winter K-POP PC Trade & Sell Event

Invite your K-POP besties and bring your photocard collections to trade or sell at our event!

Important Information

• An RSVP must be made in order to attend our event! This event involves a lot of rules and disclaimers that each individual must read and agree to! Those who show up without an RSVP will not be allowed to trade/sell/buy until one has been made! We will be checking people in so please make one prior to coming!
• When you check-in with us you will get a wristband! This wristband will help us distinguish who has checked in and has not! If you see someone without one please kindly let them know or notify a host!
• MilkT Society and the event hosts are only providing a space and time for the event and in no way are responsible for any issues that arise during trading/selling between individual parties! Please trade/sell at your own discretion!
• Please reach out to a host if you plan to sell anything that isn't PC collecting related! We are open to anything but need to make sure there is enough space to accommodate for everyone coming to the event!
• Please bring only OFFICIAL photocards/albums to trade/sell!
• We asked that everyone be respectful to each other and their items! Ask for permission first before you look through people’s collections/items! If someone does not want to proceed with a trade/sell with you you will need to respect their choice. If we see any type of rude or disrespectful behavior from anyone you will be asked to leave the event!
• Please note that depending on the outcome of the event space can be tight! Please be mindful of your space when you trade/sell!
• There won't be a specific group schedule so please feel free to come anytime during the event to trade!
• We will also have different raffles going on during the event! More details about it are listed below!

Raffles Information

• RAFFLES ARE ONLY FOR EVENT ATTENDEES! You must be actively participating in trading/selling/buying at the event to enter for the raffle items!
• You will get two entries for every drink purchased at MilkT Society!
• Drinks must be purchased during the event time frame(12pm-4:00pm)!
• Once you have purchased your drinks please bring your receipt to the host!
• Receipt must be provided in order to get entry tickets!
• The host will stamp your receipt and hand you raffle tickets!
• You will have the choice to put your tickets into whichever raffle set you like!
• You can earn an extra entry when you share our event on your social media accounts! ( sharing must be made day of event from 12pm-4:00pm! Make sure to drop by the host table and show them proof to get your extra entry ! Don't forget to tag MilkT Society as well ! )
• Winners will be chosen 2-5 days after the event via social media! Please make sure you are following us to get updates on the raffle winners!

2. Kpop Lightstick of your choice (must be in stock)
3. Your choice of a Meowcafe Photocard Acrylic Frame Stand
4. Your choice of a Meowcafe Photocard Binder Set ( Binder + Binder Sleeves + Photocard Sleeves )

FREE ALBUMS !

• There will be free albums with little to no inclusions up for grabs at the event!
• You must be an event attendee to qualify.
• We do not have a limit this time around and only ask that you please be considerate of the amount you take!

Event Tips!

• Make sure your binder or collection is organized for easier browsing!
• Please have your prices/terms prepared beforehand so that you will have a smooth transaction during the event!
• If you are selling please have your payment methods ready ( payment app usernames/emails/QR codes or cash for change )
• If you are looking for specific photocards feel free to write them down or have pictures available!

Day of Event Checklist!

• Make sure you have an RSVP made!
• Bring your photocard collections/items!
• Check-in with a host inside and get your wristband!
• There will be a table with tags! Feel free to write down the groups you are trading/selling/iso!
• Let the search begin!

• To assume and accept all risks arising out of, associated with or related to your participating in the Winter K-POP PC Trade & Sell Event
• To be solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage which you may encounter while participating in the Winter K-POP PC Trade & Sell Event
• That if you are a minor you have your parents'/guardian's approval to attend/trade/sell/buy at the Winter K-POP PC Trade & Sell Event
• To be possibly filmed/photographed for social media with the sole purpose of showcasing the Winter K-POP PC Trade & Sell Event in real-time
