Need assistance with a federal agency? Please join us on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the Winter Haven City Hall for a Mobile Office Hours outreach event. Time slots will be available in 15-minute increments. All appointment times will be emailed approximately 48 hours prior to the event. If you do not receive a time slot that fits your schedule, please call our District Office at (863) 644-8215.
