Relax, restore, and tend to your relationship with the cold-weather season during our final winter forest bathing class of the year, led by ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Katie Venechuk!
This experience will take you into the beautiful pine forests of Provin Trails for a morning of community connection, nature connection, and personal connection, with class including:
❄️ A short walk into a comfortable forest clearing, with an opening circle to meet others in our group
❄️ A grounding guided nature meditation to help you relax and experience your time in nature in a new way (also incorporating a short breathwork practice in the fresh air)
❄️ A seasonally themed forest bathing invitation (which is similar to a mindfulness activity in nature), offering you the opportunity to enjoy some personal space as you quietly explore the forest from new perspectives
❄️ Use of our signature hot stone handwarmers to warm up halfway through class, along with blankets, insulated sit pads, and other comfort items
❄️ A closing community circle among the trees with time to visit and make new friends, along with the chance to draw a small henna tree tattoo on your finger to offer a reminder of your forest time over the coming days
We are also excited to continue offering a take-home forest therapy scroll, which contains a prompt or inspiration to help you nurture your personal forest bathing practice in-between our monthly classes.

🌟 Class Rate: $18 or as low as $14 with an IYE class pack
🌟 Teens 13-16 are now just $12 (must be accompanied by an adult)
