Join Katie and Luke for a foraging and wild tending adventure in the February Forest during this bonus class offering, led from 12-1pm (10:30am class is sold out)!
During this class we'll be visiting a variety of wild edible plants & fungi on the landscape, and we'll be preparing for the upcoming maple syrup season with a special emphasis on winter maple tree ID, the ins and outs of maple tree tapping, the syrup making process (and other ways to use maple sap), and more! ?❄️?
We hope you'll bundle up and join us for a morning of learning about the amazing land we call home and all the wild foods that surround us.
All ages are welcome. No experience in the outdoors is necessary.
