In this three-hour workshop you will work discover the wonders of winter foraging. At a time when we think there's not much alive out there, and most people huddle inside, we'll take a walk to collect a few bits of winter bounty.In the session we'll taste test our native conifers in snacks and drinks, and create your own infused vinegar to take away. We'll also make a seasonal smudge stick and if there's time, a little Christmas bouquet too
