On the fiery banks of the Derwent, our bacchanalian banquet begins. For eight nights, sate yourself on the isle’s finest food, wine, and spirits, while a wintry program of music and performance soundtracks your revelries. 75+ stallholders to be announced.
This year, the Feast welcomes guest chef Floriano Pelligrino, who runs Michelin-starred restaurant Bros’ in Italy with his partner Isabella Potì. He’s paired with Tasmania-based Roberto Mele of MAMA Hobart artisanal bakery. Stallholders and program coming soon.
