Following the success of their Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox events Leanne of Revival Nidra and Sound Facilitator Anna are delighted to hold space for a Winter Equinox themed yoga nidra soundbath.

Opening with some gentle breath work Leanne will guide you through a deeply relaxing and nourishing yoga nidra as Anna provides an ethereal soundscape with her collection of crystal alchemy bowls and other additional instruments to set the tone.

Connect with the cyclical rhythms of nature as we move through the darker months with a Winter themed guided yoga nidra. Join us for a deeply nourishing experience as we explore the deep of winter as an opportunity to restore some balance energetically. We will collectively turn inwards to rest and restore following the festive period setting us up for the New Year.
