Winter Ecotherapy Teen Group

This skills group is for 15-18 year old girls who want to work on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and confidence building skills throughout the Winter season. The group will include experientials, nature connection, and peer support. We will spend time outside during some sessions (30 minutes maximum) depending on weather conditions.

This group will meet the following dates from 530p-7p:

1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12

Participants must attend all 8.

The cost is $75 per session or $600 total.

This group is led by Sarah Bilinovich, MSW, SWC. She is a eco-psychotherapist partnering with nature and horses.
