Winter Dreamers Retreat Day
As the earth hardens and we head into deep winter, we invite you to slow down. To rest into ourselves
and listen and dream. Whilst the unseen roots quietly gather strength beneath the soil, we too can come
together to nourish ourselves and gather our resources.
Join us on Wednesday 9th December 10.30-5pm at the beautiful Tree Relaxation Retreat Centre for a
Winter Dreamer Retreat, a nourishing space of deep rest, movement, and shamanic journeying.
Together we will honour the wisdom of the season. In the winter stillness we can allow the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and the spirit to remember its deeper rhythms.
Through gentle movement practices, guided journey, meditation, body work, shared ritual and medicine council, we will tend to the winter fires within us.
Explore your inner winter landscape-the fertile darkness
where dreams begin to form long before they bloom.
This retreat is an invitation to:
• Rest deeply and reconnect with yourself
• Honour what is ready to be released
• Listen for the wisdom beneath the surface
• Plant seeds for future dreams and visions
• Move gently with the cycles of nature
Like roots beneath frozen earth, much is happening in stillness. Winter reminds us that rest is not
emptiness - it can be preparation, nourishment and becoming.
Come gather in warmth and reflection and dream forward into the unfolding.
A nurturing, relaxing hot tub and sauna slot will be available to us at the end of our day.
Bring vegan or veggie food to share for a pot luck lunch.

£100- £85 Please put yourself where you feel comfortable.
£70 (concession, limited spots)
