Crows are among the most intelligent of birds, and wintertime presents an opportunity to observe crows at their urban roost sites. Springfield hosts one of the largest roosts in the state with over 7,000 birds gathering each evening around sunset. We will begin with an indoor presentation at Arcadia and then carpool to Springfield to view the roost. The exact location may change each night, so details on where to meet in Springfield will be emailed to registrants a week prior to the program and updated if needed.
