At Slieve Aughty Centre, we focus on bringing people together to learn, create, and savour delicious food. Each class offers a hands-on experience, where you’ll explore the best of what our garden has to offer, along with other local and wild produce, followed by a shared meal to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
It’s a perfect opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and embrace the beauty of seasonal cooking.
Classes are €85 each, or book three and enjoy a discounted rate of €65 per class. We can’t wait to cook, learn, and feast with you!

Sourdough Workshop with Jaco Daniels
Join Jaco Daniels, a professional bread baker, as he takes you step by step through the entire process of making sourdough.
Due to the nature of the bread-making process, this is a longer workshop, with lunch served at 2 PM.
While the sourdough may not be ready for lunch, you'll have the opportunity to sample the freshly baked bread before leaving!
