Join us at The Bake House Academy for a hands-on Cookie Baking & Decorating Class on Saturday, December 6th, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Perfect for beginners through intermediate bakers, this workshop guides you from concept to completion: baking the perfect cookie base, making smooth Royal icing, and mastering essential decorating techniques. You’ll create and take home a full set of Winter-themed cookies you decorated yourself!
What we’ll cover:
-Mixing, rolling, and baking consistent, delicious cookies
-Royal icing basics (consistencies, coloring, outlining, flooding, and detail work)
-Design planning: from sketch and color palette to a cohesive cookie set
-Piping tips, wet-on-wet effects, simple textures, and clean finishes
