Winter Break to BWI - Outbound (UMD to Airport/Rail) | Saturday, Dec 20

Shuttle-UM provides affordable shuttle service to Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport and the BWI Marshall Rail Station.

How to Register: To book, please select one (1) ticket for your desired departure time from the list below.

• Tickets appear FREE on Eventbrite but will be charged to your UMD student account
• Cost: $15 per person (charged after service)
• You will need to provide your UMD Student UID at checkout to complete registration

Departure Location: Metered spaces at The Clarice off of Stadium Drive

Drop-off Locations:

1. BWI Airport: Arrivals/Lower Level Door #18, Location #59 (outer curb)

2. BWI Rail Station: Bus shelter at the station

Note: This is one continuous route. The bus stops at the Airport first, then the Rail Station.

Please select the ticket that matches your desired departure time from UMD. Arrival times at BWI are approximate (est. 45-60 min) and may vary due to traffic.

• 7:00 AM Departure from UMD
• 9:00 AM Departure from UMD
• 11:00 AM Departure from UMD
• 1:00 PM Departure from UMD
• 3:00 PM Departure from UMD
• 5:00 PM Departure from UMD
• 7:00 PM Departure from UMD (Last bus of the day)

We understand that travel plans can change. You do not need to email us to change your time.

Flexible Boarding: Your ticket (for any time on this date) can be used to board an **earlier or later** shuttle.

No Need to Worry About Space: This service has ample capacity to accommodate passengers who need to switch times. Just show your original ticket (for any time on thisdate) to the driver.

Final Bus: Please note: The last bus (7:00 PM) will not wait, and no service is available after this time.

• Limit: Each passenger may bring two (2) large items (e.g., suitcases, duffel bags) to be stored underneath the bus, and one (1) carry-on item (e.g., backpack) to be kept at your seat.
• Keep all valuables (laptops, Medic*tion, keys) with you in your carry-on.

Trips run as long as road conditions are safe. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, our Break Transportation team will reach out to registered passengers via email.

If your preferred time slot is sold out, please book the next available time. You can still use our flexible boarding policy to try for your desired time.

• Register/Cancel: Complete your registration or cancel by Thursday, December 18 at 11:59 PM.
• Billing: Ensure you provided your 9-digit UMD Student UID at checkout.
• Check Email: Look for your Eventbrite confirmation.
• Arrive Early: Arrive at The Clarice by 12:15 PM (15 minutes early).

• Your UMD Student ID

You can cancel your ticket through your Eventbrite account until Thursday, December 18 at 11:59 PM. After this deadline, tickets become non-refundable.

Changing Your Plans? If you need to cancel your ticket, you can do so through your Eventbrite account until the final ticket sale date. Please note that after this deadline, tickets become non-refundable.
