Winter Break Camp - Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum

Your camper will enjoy a winter break filled with creativity, discovery, and hands-on fun! Each day features a unique winter-themed adventure, with campers exploring the museum, galleries, historic buildings, and collections through engaging activities, games, crafts, baking, and more.

Sign up for just one day or join us for the whole camp!

Campers must bring a lunch and snacks. Food will not be provided. Please ensure your child is dressed for the unpredictable Fall weather!

NOTE TO ALL PARENTS/ CAREGIVERS:

Our staff are trained for general camper support, not specialized 1:1 care. For children requiring consistent physical assistance or intensive behavioral support, parents may need to arrange for their own private support worker, as our program isn't equipped to provide this level of care

Camper Registration Information

After completing payment for camp, you will be asked to complete our Camper Information Form using the link here – Fill out form

This form collects important information about your camper, including emergency contacts, allergies, medical needs, accommodations, authorized pick-up persons, and other details to help us provide a safe and positive camp experience.

Please complete the form for each camper registered.

Age range: Children from 5 to 11 years old.

Times: Drop off - 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. & Pick up – 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Cost: $65 per day

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate earlier drop off times or later pick up times.

Information for Region of Waterloo Museums Members:

• Choose the date and time for your visit, then enter “MEMWINTER26” into the discount field and click apply.
• Select your membership tickets.
• Verify account holder information and proceed to checkout.
• Please note that your membership must be valid upon booking and presented to Guest Services staff when you arrive.
• Memberships must be valid on date of visit or access may be denied.To renew your membership or if you are having trouble accessing your member tickets, please call us at 519-748-1914.
