Hey all save the date , we have our second open sparring day with the option of lessons from guest instructors in the morning and an afternoon of open sparring , the event will cater for those who only want to come to the open sparring in the afternoon to beat the cold blues of January out of each other. £30 for whole event or £10 for sparring.
Morning lessons will start at 0930 to 1230 , sparring will start 1300 to 1600. The social event will be held at the Kildare Lodge , Minehead.
