Come to our Pleiades Observatory at the Churchville Nature Center and learn about what’s in the night sky this time of year! On Friday, January 23rd at 7:00 pm, learn about the moon and planets, then get the chance to look at them through our telescopes. Highlights of the evening can include the waxing crescent moon and the Planet Jupiter. Admission is $8/person. Registration is required. **In the event of inclement weather, the rain date will be Saturday, January 24th**
A note about the weather: It will be cold! This program is entirely outdoors. The observatory is not heated. Please dress warm and expect to walk in the snow. Bringing handwarmers and warm beverages are encouraged!
