Join us for the Winter 2025 Healthy Pregnancy and Community Wellness Event

Presented by March of Dimes Chicago in partnership with Meridian!

We are aiming to support, empower, and celebrate the health and wellness of Chicago’s South Side families.

When you attend, you can look forward to:

• A free grocery market providing fresh produce and pantry essentials.
• Diaper distribution to support local families.
• "Ask the Provider" booths where you can speak directly with healthcare experts.
• A vaccine and health screening clinic provided by Advocate Health.
• Interactive demos promoting health education and wellness.

Bring the whole family for a day filled with fun, including:

• Photo booth fun to capture special moments.
• Face painting and creative balloon art for children.
• Music and family-friendly fun.
• Exciting giveaways and resources from our community partners.

Entry is free and open to all. We ask that each household registers for one time slot only.
