***SATURDAY JANUARY 18TH 2025***MEETING 10AM IN FRONT OF ASTLEY HALL
Yes we're back ?♀️?♂️. Ever thought about trying to run,
but didn't follow it through.
You didn't feel confident ? You didn't want to try it alone? You didn't even think your were fit enough?
You didn't feel you had the right body for running ?.
Well do not worry about any of the above, come down and join our dedicated fabulous volunteers who have got hundreds of people over the years up and running ?♀️ ?♂️.
The couch to 5k programme is just as it says.
We will get you from off the couch and in 9wks running a 5k ?.
We operate the programme 3 times a wk.
10am Saturday. Astley park
6.30pm Monday. Astley hallgates carpark
6.30pm Wednesday Astley Hallgates
Do not worry if you can't attend all the sessions or make the opening day.
No one will ever be left behind.
Please come and join us this could be the start of a new healthy lifestyle, plus you will make plenty of new friends, and hey if you find it's not for you then at least you came and gave it ago.
