Join us for an evening of awesomeness y’all. Shopping, friendship, winnings & fun!
•Key Aspects of a Quarter Auction •
How it Works: Vendors set up their table
of products so you can browse & shop. They sometimes give you sneak peeks on what two items they will auction off.
Start of auction: everyone sits down and the auctioneer or host will discuss charity & vendors one by one as they bring an item up for grabs.
Bidding: Interested bidders place 1–4 quarters in a bucket for each paddle they use and raise their paddles.
Winning: A number is drawn. If the winner bid, they take the item. If they didn't, another number is drawn until a winner is found! So be sure to bid.
Fundraising: The money from paddle sales, donation items and 50/50 raffle usually goes to a charity, while vendors keep the bid money to help offset cost of the products.
Bonus: fill out door prize sheet with your name & who invited you to the quarter auction… visit each vendor take your time to visit and let them initial your paper.
At the end we will do a quick door prize drawing for all that participated. 😍
