Taught by Nita. COVID INFO: Masks will be no longer be required when not on the mat but we will be practicing social distancing whenever possible. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and do not attend.‐-------------------------------------------------------------------This Meetup will be at Wingra Park and Boat Livery. This will be a regular all levels flow - no experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and whatever else you need to make it your best practice. For safety reasons, extra mats will not be provided. We will meet at the parking lot about 10 mins before class and walk to our practice location. There is a general waiver to practice so please either fill one out ahead of time or come early enough to fill one out before class. I usually try to arrive 15 mins early.
A donation of $2-$10 per class is suggested. Virtual payments are preferred, but cash can be accepted. Funds collected go into funding our free classes and bringing more free yoga to our community. If the weather is bad I will cancel at least an hour before class. Hope to see you all there!
