Please join me as I return to the great studio Chicago North Shore Kinetics.If your Wingmaster spends more time hanging on the studio wall than working with clients, you're not alone. Most trainers have mastered 6-10 basic exercises with it, treating it as an ergonomic pole replacement without exploring its full potential. This course answers the question you may have asked yourself: "What are those eye hooks on the back for?" The answer transforms your entire approach. Hold the Wingmaster in your hands, connect it to the tower's pulleys, and you'll access extensive pushing and pulling exercises for upper body development. Remove the bench, stand up, and watch the possibilities multiply - now you can integrate functional movements like squats and stepping into classic GYROTONIC sequences. The familiar vocabulary of arches, curls, side bends, and spirals becomes a versatile training system adaptable for every client, whether they're recovering from injury or pursuing peak athletic performance.
The Wingmaster Course fulfills the GYROTONIC Trainer CEC (update) requirement for license renewal. Prerequisites: Current GYROTONIC Level 1 Trainer certification. If you're certified in both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, one Update Course in either method allows you to re-license in both.
