Buying a ticket grants you admission to this four-part series from 12-3 pm on Saturdays. The dates are August 15th, 22nd, 29th and September 5th.
Embark on a flavorful journey through two of Italy's most celebrated wine regions. We will compare the elegant, age-worthy wines of Piedmont with the bold, iconic expressions of Tuscany. Our 4 week course will introduce you to a variety of wines & traditions of Italy and highlight some of them through its most famous regions; Piemonte & Toscana!
*You must be at least 21 years old to attend this class. Your age will be verified in person.*
Classes are held in person at the Institute of Culinary Education at 521 E. Green Street Pasadena, CA 91101.
